This is me practicing my nunchaku with most silly mistakes taken out. I do not practice that often (time & space thing) and want to get better and learn new techniques, effective or otherwise, for aiding flexibility, hand-mind co-ordination, etc. This is one of the few exercises i can do right now. Constructive criticism and advice welcome. This is the 3rd time i have uploaded this video, but i am using a different audio compression to try to get the sound to work.
