Yumi's Training. Day 1 - Nunchaku

So, I want to learn flips(front & back handsprings,flips & walk overs, 540 kick, butterfly twist, gainers, kip ups(no hands), headers, trampoline tricks, wall back flips, aerials, spilts(all three ways), higher kicks(all types), weapons (nunchakus,long staff,sword,knives,), martial arts(jujitsu,capoeira,kungfu,wushu,etc)... ok that's not even the half of it... I guess you can see why I am overwhelmed when I go to the gym and feel like "blah!" From today, I must set goals. I can do it! It's never too late! Right? :) (more)
